Administration Manager Job Description

The Administration Manager is a key role that oversees and streamlines administrative operations, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and fostering strong relationships with ministries and authorities.

  • Liaising with Ministries & Government Authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and approvals is a crucial responsibility of this role.
  • The Administrative Manager must also manage administrative processes related to business licensing, visas, and legal documentation.
  • In addition to supervising administrative staff and ensuring efficient office operations, the Administration Manager will coordinate with HR & Finance for employee-related government procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and business regulations is also critical.

Other key responsibilities include preparing reports and documentation for regulatory submissions, maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including embassies and government offices, and handling confidential information with discretion.
