
Administrative Operations Manager

This role is responsible for administrative duties in a fast-paced environment and supports Kitchen Executives in day-to-day tasks.
The role entails maintaining and organizing documents, filing, sorting, and distribution.
Daily Tasks:- Complete administrative functions as detailed by the Executive Chef.
- Assist in all operational and administrative culinary aspects of the Kitchen.
- Access, analyze, distribute, and file the daily flow of information to and from the Chef's office.
This role also involves monitoring and supporting daily hygiene practices in kitchens, restaurants, bars, and food storage areas.
Required Skills:- Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or food safety practices (certification is a plus).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for hygiene and food safety.
A Day in the LifeAs part of this team, you can expect to work flexible shifts and in a high-paced environment. Previous experience in a hospitality or food production setting is preferred.
