Food and Beverage Supervisor

Seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in an Arabic restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Arabic hospitality standards and cuisine to lead and support the service team effectively.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest service.
  • Ensure all guests receive attentive, culturally respectful, and timely service aligned with Arabic dining customs.
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation according to cultural standards.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership background in food and beverage service, excellent customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities. They will also be familiar with Arabic cuisine, dining customs, and hospitality culture.
