Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reservation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for handling all reservation inquiries, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing accurate information and delivering outstanding service to ensure a smooth booking experience.

  • Respond to all reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Accurately input, update, and manage bookings in the reservation system.
  • Confirm reservations and send confirmations to guests in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests with special requests, modifications, cancellations, and group bookings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism diploma is a plus.
  • Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service role in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
