Job Title: Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and skilled Reservations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Reservations Department.

  • Assist in ensuring accurate and timely management of telephone, fax, and email inquiries
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage reservations data and maintain accurate records
  2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  3. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent organizational and administration skills
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Be committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Have a confident telephone manner and high level of IT skills
