Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative support professional to join our team. As an Executive Assistant - Office Operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will also provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
