Digital Shadow IT is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our management team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, including email management, appointment scheduling, and travel coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to the management team, ensuring seamless communication and task completion.
- Manage email communications efficiently, responding to internal and external queries, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation, trains, and taxis, considering budget constraints and logistical requirements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Take dictation and minutes during meetings, accurately recording key decisions and actions.
- Source office supplies, ensuring timely procurement and inventory management.
- Produce reports, presentations, proposals, and briefs, using MS Office applications and demonstrating exceptional document production skills.
- Maintain the office filing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed, exercising flexibility and adaptability.
