The Retail Sales Executive will play a crucial role in promoting customer service excellence and driving sales growth across our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly targets by utilizing product knowledge and enhanced selling techniques to meet customer needs.
- Customer Relations: Establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Product Awareness: Maintain an up-to-date awareness of products, promotions, advertisements, and new releases.
- Inventory Management: Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, as well as participating in stock receipt.
- Security and Compliance: Recognize security risks and thefts, handle situations professionally, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Complete necessary training, enroll in training portals, and maintain the latest certificates.
- Customer Feedback: Actively seek customer inputs, address complaints efficiently, and escalate when necessary to reinforce service standards.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Technical degree.
Experience: No previous experience needed.
