Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with experience in office furniture projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, handling large-scale projects, and developing relationships with corporate clients, interior designers, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the office furniture sector.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, interior designers, contractors, and project managers.
- Project Sales: Handle end-to-end sales processes for office furniture projects, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Consultative Selling: Provide customized furniture solutions based on client needs, workspace planning, and ergonomic considerations.
- Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and present detailed proposals, tenders, and quotations in alignment with project requirements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the office furniture industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, logistics, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, mandatory in office furniture.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of workspace planning, ergonomic furniture, and industry trends.
- Network: Established connections with corporate clients, designers, and contractors in the market.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle large projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- CRM and sales tracking experience.
