Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Assess training needs and performance gaps of sales staff to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align training with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of training initiatives to ensure effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain training materials and manuals to support sales teams.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and team-building exercises to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Work with marketing to ensure sales teams are informed about product changes and updates.
  • Assist with onboarding new sales representatives to ensure they receive the necessary training and support.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Engage with sales teams regularly to provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Identify and share innovative sales strategies within the organization to promote growth and success.
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness and sales performance improvements to inform business decisions.
