Job Description- Sales Focus Area: Develop the Offering Profile of Instrumentation Equipment and solutions including Flow Instruments (Ultrasonic, Magnetic, Flow Skids, Flow Computers etc.), Level Instrumentation, Flame Detection, Gas Detection and Analyzers, Transmitters (Pressure/Temperature/Vibration etc.), Moisture analyzers, Instrumentation Fittings etc.
- Capable of independently identifying prospective principals, interacting with them and signing them up for FLTS.
- Developing Sales/Business plan for current FY as well as clear roadmap for next 5 years. Should demonstrate previous experience and capabilities.
- Has established customer contact networks in Oil & Gas, Power, Water and Industrial segments in Oman especially with the product focus areas of FLTS.
- Capable of Developing new Service Areas and Revenue streams, aligned with FLTS requirements.
- Capable of developing and leading any associated Team Members to meet the set business objectives.
- Responsible for promoting, selling and securing business, including major accounts and to develop full market potential of existing customers in the sectors of business the company is in and will diversify in the future.
- Assist Engineering and Marketing Staff in determining customer needs by remaining current with competitive products, promotional sales, selling techniques, pricing, warranty, and marketing policies.
- Sales Targets Fulfillment.
- Responsible for Enquiry Generation, Offer Submissions, Negotiations, Order Booking, Deliveries and Payment Collection.
- Responsible for maintaining high customer face time, project information collection and maintenance, customer database maintenance and customer meetings.
- Responsible for Principal Business plans, principal relationships, principal interactions and Principal visits to Oman.
- Accountable for respective customer needs and issues.
- Fulfillment of Company policies, directives and objectives.
- Tender preparations and submissions.
- Preparation of Internal Reports, Principal feedbacks/reports/plans.
- Make daily sales calls and submit reports to operations manager the same day.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan in consultation with the Operations manager.
- Prepare monthly sales report to principals.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Of Engineering in Instrumentation/Electronics with minimum 8-10 years post qualification Sales experience in Oman/Gulf in Control & Instrumentation Equipment Sales including Flow Instruments (Ultrasonic, Magnetic, Flow Skids, Flow Computers etc.), Level Instrumentation, Flame Detection, Gas Detection and Analyzers, Transmitters (Pressure/Temperature/Vibration etc.), Moisture Analyzers, Instrumentation Fittings etc.
- Good communication skills and a flair for sales. Willing to take on challenges and achieve targets, A team player.
- Should Hold Valid Omani Driving License.
