Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services:
  • Provide guests with in-room dinner service including order-taking, cooking, and serving of meals.
  • Handle all guest complaints and comments tactfully.
  • Cooperate and coordinate teamwork with other departments.

The Night Supervisor will also be responsible for controlling and analysing departmental costs, prioritising and documenting colleagues' career path and development needs.
