The Majan Council for Foresight, Strategic Affairs, and Energy is committed to driving progress and excellence in the GCC region. We seek a dedicated and proactive Administrative and Research Assistant to contribute to our dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine administrative support with research assistance, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You will be part of a culturally rich environment that values innovation, teamwork, and national development.
**Responsibilities**
This position involves:
- Managing communications, events, and scheduling.
- Contributing to research proposals, tender documents, and deliverables.
- Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining organised records.
**Essential Skills**
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or Finance.
- Degrees in related fields such as Engineering, Arabic Studies, English Studies, Law, Humanities, IT, or others may also be considered.
At least one year of experience in a similar role involving administrative and/or research responsibilities is preferred.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Translation skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with Teams/SharePoint, Photoshop, or other tools is an advantage.
