Job Description: The Enterprise Software Sales Executive role at Cube Innovators Technologies LLC involves managing employees' daily operations and performance, designing sales strategies, generating reports, maintaining file systems and database of sales records, responding to client concerns, and maintaining customer relations and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze complex data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  2. Design and implement sales strategies that meet the company's objectives.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including reports and database updates.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

Experience:
- 5-6 years of experience in IT/software sales, including ERP, CRM, DMS, HRMS, or other enterprise software products.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including closing deals and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA graduate with a focus on sales, marketing, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
