Business Development Director

About the Role:

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving sales growth and project delivery in APMS and IT services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow B2B sales in APMS and IT solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and tenders, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Oversee project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, quality benchmarks are met.
  • Coordinate between sales, technical teams, and clients for seamless execution.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and project status.
Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or Business; PMP certification is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical sales and project management (preferably in APMS, IIoT, or IT services).

Skill Set: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; Familiarity with digital transformation, automation systems, and enterprise IT.
