About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Officer to contribute to the growth and success of Braxtone Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the Braxtone Club Program, expanding the service provider network, and enhancing business relationships with clients in Oman.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
  • Managing the Braxtone Club Program.
  • Expanding the service provider network.
  • Collecting funds from garages and enrolling service providers in the program.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data.
  • Obtaining new product suppliers and marketing the company.
  • Analyzing market data.
  • Understanding the business through research.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Arranging meetings with potential clients.
  • Supporting service provider management.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Managing public relations in Omani ministries, banks, and governmental offices.
  • Assisting with digital media advertising.
  • Coordinating events and promotions.
  • Marketing and securing new accounts for RSA programs.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning.
