Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors.
  • Handle the Braxtone Club Program and expand the service provider network.
  • Collect funds from garages and enroll service providers in the program.
  • Conduct market research and analyze collected data.
  • Obtain new product suppliers and market the company.
  • Collect and analyze market data.
  • Understand the business by conducting research.
  • Manage relationships with customers, including insurance, broker, rental cars, and agencies.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients, including insurance, broker, and agency's.
  • Help manage service providers, including getting new providers, helping with discounts and reduced rates.
  • Handle customer complaints along with office administration.
  • Handle public relations in Omani ministries, banks, and governmental offices.
  • Help with digital media advertising.
  • Work to arrange events and promotions to enhance sales and awareness of the company in Oman.
