About the Role

As a seasoned professional in sales, you have the opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding position as an Account Manager. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business opportunities and identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with vendors to ensure their menus are up-to-date, monitor price and assortment parity, and optimize vendor operations to meet customer needs.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for forecasting and procuring deals, generating vendor coupons and promotions, and ensuring campaigns have maximum visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular business reviews with high-value vendors to identify business opportunities and improve relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of all NCR and prospecting activities, including sales calls, expense reports, and presentations.
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Determine the feasibility of investing in in-store branding to enhance customer acquisition and brand recognition.
  • Cordinate with vendors to activate live campaigns and vouchers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in sales.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excel skills.
