ReThink Recruitment is seeking a seasoned HR professional to establish and execute an effective HR function in one of its esteemed partners based in Oman.

Role Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity for a talented HR practitioner to develop and implement best-in-class HR practices, drive talent management initiatives, and foster a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive HR systems and processes to support recruitment, staffing, retention, and development of sales teams
  • Design and implement an equitable compensation structure across all levels, ensuring the attraction, retention, and growth of top talent
  • Develop a diverse talent pool mix, incorporating local and expatriate team members, to enhance organizational capability
  • Leverage performance management tools to foster a culture of excellence and reward high performers
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Omani Nationals or long-term residents in Oman with a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
  • University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, with a focus on strategic HR practices
  • Minimum 3-6 years of generalist experience in HR, with a proven track record of setting up and developing HR functions within large organizations
  • Prior experience as an HR business partner or participation in an HR leadership development program would be highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive business outcomes, and exhibit analytical skills
  • Aptitude for innovation, enthusiasm for business growth, and results-oriented approach are essential
  • Proven self-starter with strong initiative, leadership skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
