Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our Arabic-themed dining outlet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a pre-opening team where your ideas, energy, and commitment will help shape the hotel's culture and guest experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the Arabic restaurant's daily operations, including front-of-house staff supervision, guest service, and ambiance.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in line with Arabic culinary traditions and hotel standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to provide culturally sensitive and attentive service.
  • Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu authenticity, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and cultural awareness.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and assist with purchasing to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract guests and enhance revenue.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Arabic hospitality and traditions.
  • Analyse sales and service reports to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of Arabic cuisine, culture, and hospitality standards.
  • Proven experience in managing restaurant operations, preferably in an Arabic-themed environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Certificate in Food Safety or related field.
