
Building Products Sales Specialist

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, building and maintaining relationships with contractors, suppliers, and decision-makers, and staying informed on product features and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets in the building products market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and decision-makers.
- Stay informed on product features and industry trends; present product solutions to clients.
- Handle pricing and contract negotiations, closing deals that benefit both the company and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and research.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely issue resolution and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts; maintain CRM records.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and payment processes.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in the construction materials sector is required.
