
IT Sales and Channel Development Specialist

**Job Summary:**
OSOS is seeking an experienced Sales and Channel Manager to lead our sales efforts in the ME & GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing the company professionally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through a team of Solution Sales Specialists, contributing individually to revenue targets.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation, signing, and post-sales account management.
- Engage and influence C-level executives (CIOs, CXOs) to position solutions effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives, ensuring revenue growth and account expansion.
Requirements:
- Strong Technology Solutions Sales background in Software Products / Solutions / ERP.
- Relevant local, regional experience and exposure to GCC and Middle East Market.
- Complete responsibility for sales, profitability, and cash flow.
- Capability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
