**Job Summary:**

OSOS is seeking an experienced Sales and Channel Manager to lead our sales efforts in the ME & GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing the company professionally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through a team of Solution Sales Specialists, contributing individually to revenue targets.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation, signing, and post-sales account management.
  • Engage and influence C-level executives (CIOs, CXOs) to position solutions effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives, ensuring revenue growth and account expansion.

Requirements:

  • Strong Technology Solutions Sales background in Software Products / Solutions / ERP.
  • Relevant local, regional experience and exposure to GCC and Middle East Market.
  • Complete responsibility for sales, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Capability to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
