**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to develop winning strategies at point of purchase across channels and regions via effective trade spend management.

  • Design and deliver all local trade activities to enhance business growth.
  • Work in close coordination with Marketing to localize central activities with specific requirements for the region.
  • Work closely with General & Modern Trade managers to enable channel-specific planning and trade spending with maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop locally relevant POS material to enable effective in-store communication.
  2. Analyze customer-specific sales data to gain insights into customer performance.
  3. Work closely with top customer sales teams & modern trade managers to design customer-specific plans based on customer insights.

**Requirements:**

  • University degree in Business Administration or related studies.
  • 3-5 years of Trade Marketing experience in an FMCG MNC.
  • Strong analytical thinking, team player, and leadership skills.
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
