The HR Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of personnel, public relations, employee accommodation, dining and transportation functions in the Human Resources Division.

Responsibilities

Fully oversee and manage the daily operations of a department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate and implement corporate strategies to meet business objectives, while maintaining high levels of quality and service.

Serve as a key liaison between employees, guests and owners, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on divisional performance.
