As a Senior Manager – Loyalty & Retention Management, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive loyalty programs that align with our business goals. You will utilize customer data insights to craft targeted incentives, rewards, and personalized experiences.

  • Develop and implement loyalty and retention programs that enhance engagement and business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design customer-centric products and services.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. You should possess expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, strong leadership abilities, including conflict resolution, leading change, and inspiring teams, are essential.
