G MASS is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Loyalty & Retention Management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative customer loyalty strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our CVM team to enhance personalization and optimize customer engagement. Your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of loyalty programs.
  • Driving initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term brand loyalty.
Your Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong technical skills, including expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making, are required. Leadership abilities, such as conflict resolution, leading change, and inspiring teams, are also essential.
