Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Loyalty Strategies
Develop and execute comprehensive loyalty strategies that align with our business objectives. Utilize customer data insights to create targeted incentives, rewards, and personalized experiences.
Lead Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate with our cross-functional teams to design customer-centric products and services. Lead initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term brand loyalty.
Analyze Data and Measure SuccessMonitor customer retention metrics, program participation, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of our loyalty programs. Use data insights to inform your decisions and optimize program performance.
Foster a Culture of InnovationLead and develop high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, leading change, fostering development, and inspiring teams.
- Achievement-driven, decisive, and customer-focused.
