Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive loyalty and retention programs aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize customer data insights to create targeted incentives, rewards, and personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with the CVM team to enhance personalization and optimize customer engagement.
- Monitor customer retention metrics, program participation, and ROI to measure effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills, including conflict resolution, change management, and team development.
