Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive loyalty and retention programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize customer data insights to create targeted incentives, rewards, and personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with the CVM team to enhance personalization and optimize customer engagement.
  • Monitor customer retention metrics, program participation, and ROI to measure effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills, including conflict resolution, change management, and team development.
  • Achievement-driven, decisive, and customer-focused traits.
