About the Role:

">
  1. Manage local sales teams to achieve challenging targets and meet key performance metrics.
  2. Develop and motivate the sales teams to drive market penetration within the territory.
  3. Work with consultants to set revenue targets and drive their attainment while ensuring profitable growth.
  4. Maintain accurate and live information in Salesforce CRM discipline.
  5. Deliver regular pipeline, activity, and sales forecast reports for the territory.
  6. Stay informed about market trends, including economic, environmental, and competitive forces.
  7. Monitor the capability of your sales team and build a development plan with the Head of Sales.
  8. Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, and hold team accountable for performance.
  9. Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
  10. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and corrective action to ensure optimal team performance.
  11. Create and maintain relationships at key levels with select customers and accounts.

Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years of experience in managing sales teams.
  2. Proven sales management skills, including attention to detail.
  3. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  4. Customer-driven approach.
  5. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
  6. Financial and commercial awareness to focus on profitable growth.
  7. People management skills, including recruitment, performance management, and development.
  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Target-driven and results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
  10. Valid driving license.
  11. Good ability to read, write, and speak English and Arabic.
