
Sales Business Development Manager

- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet set objectives, driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze sales prospects, inform business decisions, and optimize performance.
- Receive leads from the lead generation team, establish effective communication, and convert leads to sales, delivering strong ROI for Talabat.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and calls, promoting products, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering loyalty.
- Identify potential customers who show interest but haven't purchased yet and develop strategies to encourage them with special deals and offers.
- Create and deliver compelling proposal presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure client onboarding, increasing revenue streams for Talabat.
- Encourage restaurants to upload menu pictures to Talabat's site, improving user experience and driving sales.
- Track and report on contacted and uncontacted leads, ensuring seamless follow-up processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Capture original logo and menu item images from client restaurants, enriching content and enhancing user engagement.
- Gather information on delivery areas, minimum order charges, and delivery charge methodologies for each restaurant, optimizing logistics and pricing strategies.
- Implement promotional campaigns, offering coupons and vouchers to boost sales growth and drive customer acquisition.
- Foster partnerships between restaurants and online payment gateways, simplifying transactions and enhancing the overall user experience.
- Maintain detailed records of sales and prospecting activities, including:
- Sales calls and meetings
- Closed sales and opportunities
- Follow-up activities and correspondence
- Sales expense reports and budget analysis
- Presentation materials and client feedback
- Daily contract updates and signed agreement tracking
- Coordination meeting reports for new and existing restaurant partners
- Client meeting notes and action items
- Portfolio management: client names, live dates, contact information, and coverage details
- Forms and documentation: coverage area, payment methods, post-dates, and promotion data
