The Sales Manager will lead and drive sales strategies for Harweel Integrated, focusing on business development, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth in the facilities management sector. This role requires extensive experience in selling services related to Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), BMS, HVAC, ELV, MEP, and other related systems, as well as a strong ability to manage key accounts and lead the sales team to success.
- Lead and manage the sales team, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets in the facilities management sector, with a focus on AMCs, BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and increase revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful renewal of contracts.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and develop competitive sales strategies.
- Regularly meet with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with Harweel Integrated's service offerings.
- Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, including progress on sales targets, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Lead, train, and develop the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to be successful.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge to be able to confidently discuss and sell technical solutions related to facilities management, BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote Harweel Integrated's services and enhance the brand presence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on facilities management, AMC management, and technical services such as BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Extensive knowledge of business development, client management, and sales strategy in the GCC region, with experience in Oman being preferred.
- Strong background in sales negotiations, contract management, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends within the facilities management and technical service sectors.
- Excellent understanding of P&L management, ensuring profitable sales while maintaining cost-effective business operations.
