Care Centre Agent Role

The Care Centre Agent is an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional service experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. This role involves responding to telephone inquiries about our products or services, following standard scripts and procedures, and ensuring all calls are answered within predetermined time scales.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Follow established procedures for handling customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
  3. Analyse customer needs and develop creative solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Document all customer interactions, including conversations and actions taken, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
