Job Purpose:

Corporate Liability Relationship Manager fosters new corporate liability partnerships, structures innovative solutions, and manages portfolio growth. RM excels in client service, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and driving revenue via cash management products and services. Through collaboration and continuous industry knowledge development, Corporate Liability Relationship Manager ensures the Bank's competitive edge in the corporate liability market.

Key Tasks and Duties:

Business Development and Growth:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with new corporate clients to bring in new liability business for the Bank.
  • Structure creative and competitive liability products and services that adapt to evolving market needs.
  • Identify and capture target market segments to increase the Bank's market share. Grow the portfolio by attracting and retaining new clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Provide personalized service that fosters long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Gather and interpret client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the client experience.
  • Identify client needs and recommend additional banking products and services.
  • Promote and sell cash management solutions to generate revenue for the Bank.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations to ensure efficient and seamless client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to create new and improved liability solutions that address client needs.
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends, products, and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or in a related field is essential.

Experience

At least 3 years' experience in Cash Management/Corporate Banking/Liability relationship/Trade Finance relationship, reasonable understanding of bank's products with an up-to date knowledge of CBO guidelines.

Skills required are:

  • Business Development: Prospecting, building relationships, identifying and capturing target markets.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent communication, client service focus, building trust and rapport.
  • Financial Analysis and Problem-Solving: Understanding client needs, structuring innovative solutions, assessing risk.
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams for optimal client service and product development.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry knowledge.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of corporate liability products and services such as cash management solutions, digital solutions, trade finance etc.
