Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to manage employees' daily operations and performance, design sales strategies and processes, generate reports regarding the status of the department, maintain file systems and database of sales records, and respond to client concerns while maintaining customer relations and satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 5 - 6 years of experience in IT/Software sales, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Document Management Systems (DMS), HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems), or other enterprise software products.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including closing deals and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA graduate with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
