Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales and marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting Snibe products and building strong relationships with our customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete regional distribution tasks assigned by Snibe
• Promote Snibe products to improve brand recognition
• Develop new business opportunities through visiting potential clients and distributors
• Investigate current situations with installation customers to maintain customer loyalty and resolve technical problems
• Assist distributors in monitoring instruments and providing after-sales service
• Provide technical support via phone or email
• Participate in product promotion activities and assist in organizing scientific meetings, exhibitions, and workshops

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as medical, bio-medical, human science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IVD sales, preferably in the Immunossay field
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to travel frequently to visit customers
• Strong business expansion and account management capabilities
