We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive to lead our IT Infrastructure Business in Oman.

As part of Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency, you will be responsible for driving new business development initiatives, overseeing the P&L management for the business unit, and expanding our presence in the IT infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Lead new business development initiatives targeting key sectors such as banking, government, Oil & Gas, energy, and enterprise
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities in IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, and networking solutions
  • P&L Management: Manage the overall P&L for the IT Infrastructure Division, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded while maintaining cost controls and operational efficiency
  • Project Delivery: Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution of IT infrastructure solutions for clients
  • Team Performance: Optimize team performance through leadership, coaching, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and client requirements in all infrastructure projects
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including project managers, engineers, and support staff
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their infrastructure needs and providing tailored solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Proven track record in business development and implementation of large IT Infra projects
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and profitability
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions such as cloud computing, data centers, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services
