Omani Customer Service Representative

PPL Dynamics is a dynamic company seeking an experienced and skilled Omani national to fill the role of Customer Service Executive.
This is a unique opportunity for a professional with exceptional communication skills, who can provide top-notch customer service and support to customers visiting our branch.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a basic salary of **₹ 30,000 - ₹ 40,000** per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing bank account holders, including provision of excellent banking services and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Supporting Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing and servicing customer relationships.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service, proactively contacting customers, and providing information about products and services offered by Bank.
- Handling day-to-day customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions efficiently.
Requirements:
- Omani nationality required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in shifts, including morning and evening shifts.
- Familiarity with Bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
