Your Role: Community Sales Manager

As a Community Sales Manager at IWG plc, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of your Regus centre. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll be responsible for welcoming new members, introducing them to the community, and helping them achieve their business goals.

A Day in the Life:

  1. You start the day by reviewing the centre's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and setting priorities for the day.
  2. You spend time with your team, discussing ongoing projects, sharing best practices, and providing guidance on how to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  3. You meet with new members to understand their business needs and tailor a personalized experience to help them succeed. You also introduce them to other businesses in the centre, fostering connections that can lead to collaborations and referrals.
  4. You oversee the move-in process for large companies, ensuring a seamless transition and providing support as needed.
  5. You engage with potential customers, showcasing the benefits of Regus membership and highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  6. You attend operations meetings with other Community Sales Managers to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and align on strategies to improve overall performance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • The capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT packages.
