Key Responsibilities
As an Institutional Sales Manager at Jabal Asset Management, you will be responsible for: Client Management:
  • Developing and executing strategies to grow institutional client relationships across asset management and brokerage offerings.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for clients such as banks, pension funds, insurance companies, corporates, and family offices, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align institutional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Sales Management and Business Development:
  • Identifying and targeting prospective institutional clients, leveraging industry networks and market insights.
  • Driving sales of asset management products and brokerage services, achieving assigned revenue and profitability targets.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of junior sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Product Knowledge and Market Expertise:
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Jabal Asset Management's asset management products and brokerage services.
  • Staying abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive intelligence.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Working closely with portfolio managers, research teams, brokerage, and operational units to deliver cohesive and customized solutions.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and services.
  • Ensuring all client activities and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Preparing detailed sales and performance reports for senior management.
