
Country Sales Growth Manager

The Country Operations Assistant Manager role is a key position in our Oman team, responsible for driving sales strategy and enhancing business growth in the region. If you have a passion for growth and a strong analytical mindset, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy and execute business plans across all channels.
- Manage key accounts and ensure achievement of revenue and market share targets.
- Lead a team of Sales Supervisors and Executives who handle on-ground sales and execution.
- Strategize and cascade strategy to ensure execution and target achievements of the full team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in managerial roles in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a related industry and 4 years' of selling experience in Gulf Market.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Driving license is mandatory.
