
Sales Director for Channel Growth

Sangfor Technologies is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our channel growth strategy.

Job DescriptionThe Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with key value-added resellers (VARs) to drive new business opportunities. This includes:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly targets
- Building strong relationships with VARs, distributors, business partners, and customers
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and conducting all sales activities necessary to achieve sales targets
In addition, the Sales Manager will develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue and provide channel partner enablement in defined territories, including regular product updates, customized workshops, and other required tasks to enable partners to perform independent pre-sales support for small-to-medium size opportunities.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of account management or business development experience in the ICT industry
- Strong solution selling and project selling skills, with experience managing channels and working with local IT vendors and distributors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
