Role Summary

The National Bank of Oman is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cash Management/Corporate Banking/Liability relationship professional to help us achieve our business objectives and provide exceptional client service.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies, engage with high-profile clients, and create bespoke solutions to meet their financial needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Growth:
    • Strategically target and expand existing client relationships to unlock new business opportunities.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform product offerings and sales tactics.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design, launch, and manage successful business development initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients to secure loyalty and advocacy.
    • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Promote tailored cash management solutions, consulting with clients on optimal product configurations and integrating these into their broader financial strategies.
  • Qualifications:
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
    • Bring at least 3 years of experience in Cash Management/Corporate Banking/Liability relationship/Trade Finance relationship, boasting a solid understanding of bank products and CBO guidelines.
