Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cash Management/Corporate Banking/Liability relationship expert to join our team at the National Bank of Oman.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and leverage expertise in structuring innovative solutions. As a Corporate Banking specialist, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service, identify cross-selling opportunities, and enhance revenue through cash management products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Growth:
    • Broaden existing client base and attract new corporate clients to drive liability business growth.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies to structure competitive liability products and services that meet evolving market needs.
    • Identify and capitalize on target market segments to boost market share and expand portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Foster personalized service and build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall client experience.
    • Recognize client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services to increase revenue.
    • Promote cash management solutions and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Work closely with product development teams to design innovative liability solutions addressing client needs.
    • Maintain industry knowledge through active participation in professional development opportunities.
  • Qualifications:
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
    • Possess at least 3 years' experience in Cash Management/Corporate Banking/Liability relationship/Trade Finance relationship, along with a solid understanding of bank products and CBO guidelines.
