About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Lead BDM to join our team in Oman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing new relationships, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective sales and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving consistent growth and market share in IT solutions sales.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong focus on achieving defined targets.
  • Local driving license is an added advantage.
