The RoleThis exceptional opportunity awaits an outstanding Omani Executive Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the CEO's trusted partner, you'll be instrumental in streamlining executive office operations and driving strategic alignment throughout the organization.
Responsibilities- Office Support & Administrative Tasks:
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize commitments, and anticipate the CEO's needs with precision.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa applications, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Assist with planning visits from key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Prepare comprehensive briefings, presentations, and reports, distilling data for strategic discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
- Oversee the CEO's office budget, track expenses, and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration to align priorities and track key performance indicators.
- Develop and finalize executive communications, emails, and board materials, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
- Monitor critical deadlines, action items, and project milestones, providing timely updates to the CEO.
- Implement digital tools to optimize office workflows, streamline document management, and enhance meeting follow-ups.
- Support the CEO in managing special projects, including research, data analysis, and project planning.
- Lead ad-hoc projects, delivering actionable insights from market research to operational audits.
- Organize high-profile events, such as investor meetings, team retreats, and global conferences.
- Foster collaboration between leadership, clients, and international partners.
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity across the executive team.
