About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Ahli Bank. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve budgeted targets, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products and services to existing customers, enhancing revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch teams to share knowledge, best practices, and insights, driving overall business success.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in retail sales or customer relationship management.
