The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing Department at Alila Jabal Akhdar, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This role involves planning, organizing, and controlling the department, as well as implementing sales and marketing policies to achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Foster a positive team culture and enhance the team's commitment to their work and the hotel.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and prospects, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Financial Planning: Assist in creating the department's annual business plan with the DOSM.
- Cost Control: Monitor the department budget and take corrective actions when necessary.
- People Development: Ensure subordinates develop necessary professional skills and maintain professional grooming and attitude among subordinates.
