About the Job

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing leads, preparing sales materials, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within marketing or sales administration. They will also possess strong CRM skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead Management: Efficiently track and manage leads through the CRM system.
  • Sales Materials Preparation: Assist in preparing high-quality sales decks and other materials, using established templates with occasional customizations.
  • Client Communication: Ensure prompt and professional responses to every lead, maintaining a positive and responsive attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions.
