Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Account Manager to manage commercial relationships for Sabre Travel Solutions (Agency business) in Oman.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relations, analyzing customer inquiries, and influencing production and shipping schedules.
In this role, you'll work closely with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Customer Interface: Responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sale.
- Relationship Building: Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Pre-Sale Analysis: Analyzes customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influences production and shipping schedules; recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizes new business opportunities.
- Post-Sale Support: Resolves production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing problems; determines validity of warranty claims and scheduling repair resources; changing production and shipping schedules; and recognizing add-on business opportunities.
- Account Management: Provides account management, service, and consulting to existing, new and conversion clients, includes selling products/services/solutions to benefit the customer and increase productivity.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establishes and manages effective business relationships with customers/associates via innovative strategies to maximize sales and/or bookings.
- Product Positioning: Recommends changes in policies and procedures to maximize revenue generation and manage account margin.
- Campaign Performance: Monitors campaign performance and provides the client with recommendations for optimization.
- Renewal Opportunities: Establishes positive relationship and results to solidify renewal opportunities.
