Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, report generation, meeting preparation, and supply ordering.
  • Managing the Braxtone Club Program and expanding the service provider network.
  • Funding collection from garages and enrolling service providers in the program.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing collected data.
  • Procuring new product suppliers and marketing the company.
  • Analyzing market data.
  • Understanding the business through research.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, including insurance companies, brokers, and agencies.
  • Scheduling meetings with potential clients.
  • Assisting with service provider management, including obtaining new providers and helping with discounts.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Handling public relations with Omani government entities.
  • Contributing to digital media advertising efforts.
  • Organizing events and promotions to enhance sales and brand awareness in Oman.
